That’s clear. We have made that very clear”; Fox News: “At worst, if Russia bombs rebels trained by the U.S. and American fighter jets intercede to protect the Syrians, the exchange could trigger an all-out confrontation with Russia — a potential disaster the[Obama] administration would like to avoid”; senior US Air Force intel officer says Russian Air Force using “dumb bombs” to hit Syrian rebels, lending credence to reports of civilian deaths, Lt. Gen. Robert P. Otto: “I think precision matters. If they approach this with indiscriminate bombing, then I think it’s going to create second or third effects for them”; meanwhile, Russian Ground Forces sneak new weapon into rebel-held zone of Ukraine’s Donbass, TOS-1 mobile missile system equipped with thermobaric warheads, can wipe out several city blocks in one strike, wreak “indiscriminate damage”
