    An Su-27 coming within 20 ft. is no big deal. When a fighter intercepts a target they normally join up on them. 20 ft. is normal.

      Thanks for the info. Still, it appears Moscow is serious about intimidating Washington in one of its “backyards,” i.e., the Baltic Sea.
